Coaching
"Why now?"

  • With the help of open-ended questions that I ask during a coaching meeting, a person can get to know himself from a different side and discover his potential, see new opportunities.

We will work with your mindset to address a wide range of personal and professional challenges.

By changing your mindset, from a new state of mind, putting a new meaning you will be able to solve your goals in a different way, for example:

    - Improving relationships and communication skills
    - Overcoming self-doubt, fear and limiting beliefs
    - Setting and achieving personal and professional goals using the GWAVE© method
    - Improving life balance
    - Managing stress and increasing resilience
    - Managing one's resource and increasing one's self-efficacy
    - Managing emotional intelligence
    - Working with professional burnout
    - Finding a potential source of energy and new opportunities
    - How to move from an intention to do something to a desired outcome in life.

    I also use diagnostic tools.
    For example:
    - The Hogan Assessment.
    - A questionnaire on the level of emotional intelligence.
    - A test to determine the level of resource state.
    - Insights Discovery/DISC questionnaire to determine the personality type according to Carl Gustav Jung's method, identifying strengths and possible limitations.
    - Driving Forces Diagnosis - Define a person's motives and values to understand how a person makes decisions and acts, what motivates him/her.
All these tools create a systematic approach for personal development.
  • My story of using coaching as a development tool:
In 2017 I attended a coaching leadership class where Master Coach Irina Kadochnikova did a little exercise on visualizing the future. When a person imagines as if he already achieved what he wants. Without going into the details of the methodology, I really was living my desired future at that moment, which seemed impossible to me at that moment. I was very inspired by the approach in coaching and went to study at Erickson Coaching University. I have to say that after 3 years since I had my visualization my dream came true.
By the way, all the goals which I was working on during the studying have been achieved.
I use the G-WAVE approach to planning development goals
Consider what you most want to focus on for your further self-development and I’ll accompany you on your path…
